What Is Buddhism?
Buddhism is a psychology that leads to developing the insight of the nature of reality. Meditation is the central practice of Buddha is aimed at changing an individual who later develop the qualities of awareness, wisdom and kindness. Individuals who have attained Buddha-hood are considered to have achieved a state of the ending of suffering and depression.
Buddha is not a religion even though it is commonly known as a religion. Buddhism does not worship any creator or any title of God, but is based on the principle of reality within a changing world.
Why is Buddhism so Good for me?
I believe that I am not alone who have undergone the happy and unhappiness feeling. In fact, most of our lives are a cycle between being happy and unhappy. Fortunately, Buddhists have all happy, life with no cycles of unhappiness. Regardless of what live has to offer, I believe that Buddhism teaching remains the ultimate psychology and philosophy, which is the source of happiness.
I was not born in the Buddhist world. Therefore, I felt tears hanging in my eyes all the time I started learning about Buddhist psychology. Buddhism recognizes the happy and unhappy moments in our lives, but it seems so unfortunate that anybody out of this psychology will never have a happy although live. Even today, I feel tears filling my eyes when I have to learn to heal depressions for good. Even though none of my family and close friend has bought the Psychology of the Buddha, I believe that I free of depression. Some people have not even had a chance to know what being free of depression look like.
On the other hand, I do not understand how I became and lived stress-free regardless of the negative happenings in my life coming from the front and back. As much as I will be staying stress-free, Buddhism will remain part of my life because it is the only happy and peaceful solution that ever crossed my heart.
Where did I meet Buddhism?
Even a railroad has an ending. I believe that I am one person who is more human. The relationship breakup is the worst thing that ever depressed my life. The depression I experienced from being unemployed and having huge financial debts to almost the point of losing a home is not even a quarter of the relationship break-up. But as I said, I was not willing to give up on anything, and I knew the solution is will be found one day.
Approximately two years down the line, I try Buddhism teaching and meditation. Honestly, from the day I met this psychology, it was the end of Valium and Prozac drugs. Buddha rejuvenated my life, and now I can testify to be happy and satisfied. I believe the happiness in me is genuine.
Why is Meditation so Difficult yet has been Central to Healing?
Meditation is the central healing process within the Buddhism teaching. Meditation is hard is not a story, it’s true that this process of difficult. However, I am comparing meditation to the painful and hard process of visiting a psychiatrist, who in turn prescribed a hard drug that numerous side effects to your body. Meditation requires that you avoid conflict within your whole life.
How easy is it to avoid conflict? For heaven’s sake, even the barking of your dog can get you jailed for a long time. It is difficult to avoid conflict for any reason, but Buddhism attached free of conflict the meditation and healing.
Do You Think You’re Missing Buddhism teaching in Your Life?
Oh Yes! If you have not practiced Buddhism and meditation before, you are missing some important philosophy in life. At least, regardless of your situation, depression is killing you for no good reason. Depression is not necessary, but happiness is very necessary. Now, what could you choose between depression and happiness?
Buddhism is sure to deliver and maintain happiness to those who have achieved Buddhahood. The journey is long though, because you have to make a sacrifice of avoiding conflict and staying calm throughout your life, this situation does not seem to occur the better part of the world.
When you reach the point that you will want to practice Buddhism, begin the journey from any Buddhist center near you. These centers are more healing than many other mental health care treatments.
